🎞️ Media usage rights:
• Sponsor may produce TV commercials, radio spots, print ads, outdoor ads, and point-of-sale materials
• Rights apply across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico during the term of the Agreement

🎥 Content restrictions:
• Artist/Event may not endorse or promote competing products within defined territories during term
